Repairs

Please inquire via email before making any repair returns. Unauthorized returns will be returned unopened.

Include inside the package: your name, address, phone number, email address, and a brief description of the problem.

Warranties, Repairs, Return Policy: We warrant kit parts and parts, labor on assembled units for ONE YEAR from the date of purchase.

We repair modules for a minimum charge of $29.

Factory assembled items may be returned, with our advance permission, within 10 business days of the date received. Kits are not returnable.
Assembled modules must be in "as new" condition. A $29 per module inspection, test, and restocking fee applies to assembled modules.
